PROMO CODES NOT WORKING

I am trying to set promo codes but they are not working.    my listings are not showing the discounts .!

Promo codes do not show on listings!

If you set up a sale, that should show up pretty quickly. Any other promo codes would be coupons that you or Etsy sends to customers or potential customers which show as discounted during the checkout process.

@AlexMLynch  People can't use the promo code if they don't know what it is. When I add an item to my cart there is a place to enter the code so you have set it up correctly.

If you want something to automatically show in your shop, you will have to run a sale.  You have to personally give out promo codes or share them in your banner, each listing, or shop announcement (which most people do not read).  A promo code/coupon is a private incentive.
