Hola, me llamo Carmen, tengo un problema técnico que no me resuelven, hoy mirando la insignia de vendedor estrella, resulta que me ha bajado el porcentaje de velocidad de respuesta, cosa que no es cierta, yo siempre respondo a todos mis clientes incluso antes de 1 hora, pero es que encima este mes he tenido solo tres mensajes, improbable que se me haya pasado.
He hablado con etsy, me dice que en la ultima conversación a parece de esta forma, el único delito que he cometido con este cliente es no despedirme de el tras la conversación que mantuvimos agradablemnte.
El contacto a la media hora le respondí, después el me dijo gracias y yo ya no le conteste, bueno pues ese es el problema.
Se supone que tu tienes que contestar las primeras 24h de recibir el primer mensaje.

@AvocadoAtelier: We know that the way Etsy words things it can be confusing, but the Star Seller metric is that the FIRST message of EVERY NEW INCOMING thread must be replied to (or marked as spam) within 24 hours - not every new message.
Etsy is now putting a blue text warning / advisory on those messages they consider to be a "new message" but should semantically be called a "new thread".
If the unanswered message is not a Help Request, at least for the time being, it appears that marking an unanswered message as SPAM (even after the 24 hour deadline has passed) will cause your reply percentage to change in a day or two if the original message was within the current star seller period. Note that subsequent messages from that account may go directly to the SPAM folder.
Unless you customer started a new conversation (then it would require a reply), I am sure only the first reply counts towards the stats.
Hola Carmen, sí se supone que cuenta la respuesta al primer mensaje sólo. Puede que el cliente haya mandado dos separados.
En "Vendedor Estrella" tienes la opción de descargar el historial de mensajes y pedidos. Ahí te tiene que poner qué mensajes has recibido y cuando los has contestado. A ver si te da una pista.
