PLEASE HELP!!!

I was getting some strange sales on my account (all for the same item) and then I was getting emails saying it was fraudulent and that they did not place the order.  I went to change my password thinking this was the right thing to do and now when I log in it says to enter an authenticator number.  I do not have an authenticator.  I have tried contacting Etsy and they ask me for bank numbers, tax id number, last deposit, account balance and all sorts of stuff, some of which I cannot get because I cannot get into my account to see it!  I have several outstanding orders and I need to be able to get into my account to fill them and to correspond with my customers.  This is going to ruin my business!  I am getting ready to be on the road all day and I need to get this resolved.  I am so frustrated and upset.  I started this process last night and am still not able to get in.  Can someone please help me.  PLEASE!

Are you sure your account has not been hacked? someone would have to activate the 2step Authenticator for it to be activated.

There have been loads of threads lately about accounts being hacked or sellers being locked out of their accounts.

Could one of the moderators please assist?

You must be able to provide Etsy with the last deposit amount, tax ID and bank number. You would not need to get into your Etsy account to get this information.

If you are still unable to get into your Etsy shop you can get the customers' information from the email you received from Etsy notifying you of the transactions.

You can get the info of you last deposit in your bank or PayPal account. Probably your account was hacked, when you changed your password or if you replied to those emails. Never reply to any email before checking your account to see if is true you have any pending order in Etsy.
