Hi, I order a silicone mold from a seller in UK. It hasn’t arrived yet. It was supposed to be arriving between Nov 26-Dec 5 and now I found out from someone else on Fb that there is a mail strike going on in UK. I contacted the seller enquiring her about it. And she said oh there has been 6 of them so far so I don’t know when it will end. I feel I should get a refund as there’s no certain time for my product arrival. And I will return it as soon as if I ever receive it.

Yes, the shop owner probably should have contacted you prior to shipping your order due to the on-again, off-again mail strikes in the UK.
You did not mention when you placed the order, only that the estimated delivery date was Nov. 26 - Dec. 5th. You didn't mention if this was a gift, something you wanted for use in creating items for your shop, or something you need asap to create items in your shop.
Myself, as a buyer I ignore the estimated delivery dates shown to me when I am purchasing internationally. I have had packages stuck in Customs for 10 days. That delay is not on the shop owner I purchased from or USPS. In general, as long as the item truly has been shipped on time & is making progress thru any mail system, I try to be patient. Even for domestic purchases, one never knows when a hurricane or blizzard will force USPS into "plan b".
You will need to decide how you want to handle this transaction as a buyer. Yes, you can request a refund or you can continue to wait on the package. That is up to you.
