PLEASE HELP: ACCOUNT SUSPENDED

I am desperately looking for help. My account was PERMANENTLY suspended.

Some of my items were deactivated before. But I talked to support and everyone I could get in touch with and could not find any reason why they were deactivated. The support person said they will get back to me but never did. So I still don't know why the items were deactivated and now my account is deactivated. I am being extra careful. I tried to answer every question as soon as possible. Every item listed is handmade by me or my production partner. The design is original. There is no IP infringement. I can also send video to prove they are handmade. Now not only my account is deactivated, all the orders already made are also canceled. I am suffering a huge loss. Please help. All happened so suddenly... I just received a message saying my reserve is fully lifted in the same day...

@Adorabilities According to posts in an OP the seller started in September, some of the listings used 'Barbie' and 'Zentai', both trademarked names.

@MolisLab Did you remove both trademarked names from your listings as you were advised in early September?

For adults (mainly kigurumi and silicone masks) but I believe it is not considered nudity or anything that violates policy

Yes I removed all words containing Barbie and Zentai since then. And it has been more than 1 month without any incident. I didn't even add or change anything for a while. The account was suddenly permanently suspended today just a few hours after a message saying my reserve is fully lifted. I wonder if I can actually call a staff who can help me with the issue?
