MY SHOP MANAGER IS NOT UPDATING LISTING AS THEY SELL OR NEWLY LISTED

Please my shop manager is not updating listing as they sell or The ones I newly listed and also not showing up, the only indication is that the listing number increased.

Please how do I resolve this

@LauCreatives: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?

Reboot computer.  Clean out cache and cookies.

IF on the app, uninstall and reinstall.

If you try all the normal fixes and it still does not work properly contact Etsy.

I see Oct 30 listed item showing in your shop home page first row.

It is possible that you didn't wait long enough for the update.   Usually I refresh because I don't like waiting.

It happen on my shop manager too. I try to delete the cache, cookies etc still the same. It used to give me an update on recent items that I sell during that day.  Please fix this issue. Thank you

Are they just not showing at the TOP?  Because 4 months from now is February 29th, the listings will behave weirdly.  I listed something new today and I had to go find it because it was in the middle of bunch of other listings that expire Feb 29th.  

Happens every year.  And it still gets me every year.

They'll behave better tomorrow.
