The second time in a few months I've received a one star review with a very positive text. Users say it's because the mobile interface is extremely sensitive and it takes it as one star instead of the review they meant to. I've tried messaging the buyers about it, but no responses or changed reviews. The reviews are clearly positive when read. It's totally because of how sensitive the app is- no problems on the website.
Please, please, if someone... anyone... can look into this. It will make me disqualify for the "Star Seller" program, due to an interface problem rather than any issue with my product or service.
Doubtful my post here will be helpful in getting it changed, but it's very frustrating!
I feel for you, it shouldn't be that hard to leave five stars when that is what one wants to leave.
When you click on the item, and see five stars for the item quality, etc, you know it's a glitch.
