I paid the negative balance but it did not reset
I made a payment because I had a negative balance in the fee section, but it was not reset and my money does not appear in my account.

You can only pay your bill on the first of every month.

I'm sorry, but those 'toy' hand grenades look very realistic.

@Larradesign I think you misunderstand. The bombs look too real. Not like cosplay items that scream not real. Sorry but they scare me.

It is not a product to be afraid of. Drawn for collectors. Actually, it looks like it's real On the one hand, I didn't like that it looked real, but as I said, it is not a product to be afraid of. .

ANYONE could print those and then walk into a school and pretend they are going to blow it up. Or rob a bank.
Did you actually read Etsy's rules before you posted these items??

Re: I paid the negative balance but it did not reset
Did you get an email or an Etsy message from "Etsy Support" telling you that you needed to pay, with a link to an "Etsy" web page where you could enter your card details ? . . . that is probably a scam.
There are lots of scams at the moment, if you have fallen for a scam you need to contact your bank immediately to cancel the card.
Etsy already have your card details as part of your user account. They do not ask you to enter card details for a specific bill payment. If your card has expired then you enter the new card details in your account settings.
Your shop account acts like a bank account. Sales add to the shop account balance, fees remove from the shop account balance. This means that when you owe Etsy any money they automatically take it from your sales.
If your shop account balance is negative at the end of month then you get until the 15th of the new month to pay the end of month balance . If you get sales before the 15th then the balance owed is taken from your sales.

Re: I paid the negative balance but it did not reset
I decided to close my account, I was told that I had to pay my negative balance in order to close it, and I paid it and then I gave up on closing it, but even though I paid, the negative balance did not go away.

Re: I paid the negative balance but it did not reset
It's not a scam, so Etsy deducted it from my account.
