Betreff: Over 14 days for a response to a Etsy Help Request Ticket?
Yesterday I contacted chat and asked to "escalate" my ticket to the according team and then finally got a ticket- reply again, but I'm getting bits and pieces of info, and not a full information. It trickles and takes much too long to receive clarity.
