Original listing texts suddenly partly translated !!!

Hi everyone! Big problem here:

opened for 3 years shop in USD, shop language English, all listings, interface etc - English.

Suddenly my listings appear partly translated to Russian. Some of them contain text that has no sence and can not be translated back.

No automatic translation used ever.

I would like to get to the texts that were originally listed in my shop when I created a listing -- these were all in English. help center chat didnt help, suggested to use automatic translation. As you can imagine if you have spent months in finding keywords that were now translated into  illiterate text you have no chance to get them right automatically.

Anyone can help to get to original listings texts? How to prewent from Etsy translating without permission?

Do you use the app to list? And is your phone set to russian?

The new etsy app doesn't have a language option, it uses the language set on the device. Due to that, it will list in the language of the device.

I post from my computer. Used new app just a couple of times for renewal. But since new app enrolled, had to stop with it as it is horrible. I got translated the listings that were not renewed too. they were posted from PC in english.

Do I understand it right that in case of just a listing renewal without any changes in the listing itself) from the app that has a language different then English -- the listing is automatically changed and the original listing text is lost? Is that how it is supposed to work? How can I get to my original listing texts?

It's possible that happened, yes.

I don't know if that happened, as I have only seen threads about created listings in the app doing this, no ones mentioned renewed listings yet.
