Brand new etsy account suspended. There was no e-mail

I have been running a violation-free store on ETSY for two years and decided to open a new store. After uploading a single list, I received a "account is currently suspended" notification.

This may be because this is my second Etsy shop and there is likely an identity issue.

But I didn't receive an email explaining why, so I checked my spam folder.

I sent an objection, but the e-mail I received said that the store would not open.

My question to anyone whose account has been suspended and receives these types of emails is: How long did it take for the suspension to be lifted?

No matter how annoying this situation is, I know that new beginnings are difficult, so I will not give up, I am waiting for your help.

After the first sale in the new store, did you perform the verification for the bank account as described in the seller handbook? Look in your account --> Finances and verify it as it says in the Seller Handbook.

I did not have the opportunity to make sales with my new store and it was closed. Now, as a verification, I realized that I had uploaded my national ID card as a pdf, but there was an action required warning and I guess my ID card did not reach Etsy. I sent it again and will wait for it to be verified and see what happens

Were you trying to setup in a country other than Turkey, for example to use a US$ bank account?

Hello no, I added a bank located in Turkey, but my first store was a nationally known bank where I could buy US dollars.

did you identify your old store in your new store and visa versa?

what were you selling?

what was the single listing?

hard to say what caused the new store to be shut down so quickly but any TOU violation could be the problem

Hello, I couldn't understand why it was closed so quickly, I examined the forums and saw many surveys about closing new accounts. I did not add my second store to the about section of my first store, I added it after it was suspended, the products I sold are different from my first store, I sold it to make physical sales while I was already selling digital products and there was no copyright or branding on the product I listed.
