This is a scam. The following is just not true:

"Etsy has added secure shipping to their site and now you can order items with courier delivery, you will immediately receive funds in your account and a courier will contact you for delivery details"

Adding: as @ChillwolfArt mentions below - Definitely mark those messages as Spam so they don't affect your star seller rating. Do not respond.

No! Do not engage and Mark this Message as Spam!  It is a scammer.  A sale is made through Etsy Payments.  This person is trying to scam you and take your money.  Unfortunately, there is an infestation of scammers, and I'm sorry you were targeted. Here is an Announcement from Etsy re: Scams.  It used to reside at the top of the Forum page, but now is buried in past Announcements.  They really should put a prominent Warning on every Seller's Dashboard.
