I deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the current issue with loading the Etsy shop. It appears that this problem is affecting multiple countries, including France. I, too, am experiencing the same difficulty, as I am unable to manage my shop or access my dashboard. It seems that this bug is affecting numerous Etsy accounts, hindering our ability to work effectively.
I have diligently attempted to resolve the issue by clearing the cache on my Google Chrome browser. Regrettably, this action did not rectify the problem on my computer. However, I have found solace in accessing Etsy through the Etsy Seller mobile application, where everything seems to be functioning seamlessly. Unfortunately, the Etsy Seller app does not provide the necessary tools for efficiently managing orders and messages.
I am aware that Etsy recently introduced several new features to the dashboard, including an automated pricing system. It is plausible that this issue may be related to a recent update to the dashboard. Nevertheless, it is important to note that despite this setback, new orders continue to be received by our shops.
I sincerely hope that this matter will be expeditiously resolved, allowing us to resume our work without further hindrance on our Etsy shops.
