My dashboard shows two sales for today, but they are nowhere to be found in my shop. Anyone else experiencing this issue? No email notifications for the orders either. Strange...
Now it shows no orders yet for today... maybe just a dashboard issue?
@Tessyla it sound like the orders may have been in processing, then failed to go through.
Check in your Completed orders to see if it was cancelled. As @PillowDetails suggested, the payment may not have gone through.
Sounds like the payment processor took back the orders. I don't think the orders when canceled by the processor are reflected in the shop.
