Hi Etsy! I have recently started selling physical goods, and I've got a client who is interested in our products. He has been a long term client, we have sold to him multiple times on Etsy already. But recently, when he purchased our goods via Etsy, his order keeps getting cancelled automatically. He tried on all his accounts, different banks & cards, every time he tries to place the order, it gets auto cancelled. And it's labelled as "Not Paid" on our end. We'd like to know how to resolve this, much appreciated, thank you!
You need to contact Etsy directly for assistance. The people that come to the forums are other sellers.
Actually, the BUYER should contact etsy. There's nothing you can do on your end.
Buyer isn't from France by any chance?
Luckily no, buyer is from Asia, Malaysia - Singapore.
Buyer tried to transact with different banking cards, PayPal. All orders are automatically cancelled.
Then it would be best to have them contact Etsy, I know that buyers from France are now limited to what they can spend online from countries outside of the EU
He needs to contact Etsy. He also needs to contact his credit card company and bank just in case something is wrong on those ends. Sometimes this is how buyers learn their cards are stolen or their identity stolen.
