I am writing this thread to raise the issue of orders with a tracking number that have not being tracked through ETSY. Once they are complete and been delivered to customer what can be done if anything to the orders in complete orders to mark as delivered.

The tracking on Etsy has been glitchy for a while now, with some orders staying in transit or pre-transit despite them being delivered, you can contact Etsy via live chat in your dashboard and give them the order number so they can rectify it if the parcel has been delivered

It might be a good idea to revisit your shipped orders after a day or so - within the 3 day window where you can edit the tracking info. - in case the glitch continues.
