Hello, I solved and sent all the orders at time always but the system seems to be failing because the link Orders still showing one non completed.
This is making my account not be 5 stars.
How could I solve this?

have you tried going in and marking it as complete again?
Same you can't add the number again says already use. Shipping date June 3 and it says no tracking number but I added it on June 3. And the box is on it's way on June 3.
@YantrartDesign - You are in Spain. First check your CSV (You are apparently seeing the "not completed" notice on your star seller stats?) for the order Etsy says is not completed.
Check to be sure that the notice is for "non-complete" versus "no tracking".
Other shops in Europe & Australia have suffered from an Etsy glitch where the chosen shipper is mysteriously changed by Etsy. Since the tracking number does not follow the format of the shipper the glitch changed it to, Etsy sees this as no tracking. You will be dinged for this.
If that is your problem - A work around posted by another shop - When going to complete the order, choose the incorrect shipper. Enter all the information to complete the order. Before clicking on "complete" change to the correct shipper. But this is not a guaranteed work around. Many shops still check their completed orders after a day or so to be sure everything is correct.
You have 3 days to edit the information.
If however this is not your problem and you can't edit the order to enter the necessary information, you will need to contact Etsy to see if there is anything they can do.
