Orders appearing twice

Has anyone else had orders that show up twice in your order queue?  Frustrating.

Yes.  So now i have to go through two pages of orders everyday and make sure none are duplicates.  They are never one after the other so easy to overlook and make item twice.

No, but I wonder if the Order is Processing. Although it usually has a small Banner saying so. Is this Order in your Payments Account?

No, its not processing.

This last week orders have had some glitches where a customer will get a message that the order didn't go through and order again, only to have both orders process within minutes of each other but only want one of them.

These are same order number so not a customer ordering twice issue.

For the last week, the open orders page has been funky for me but I didn't see anything in the forums so I figured it was just me.     It doesn't always load correctly: if an order has come in recently, it is listed twice - one as processing and one as complete - but both could be interacted with (I initially thought the buyer ordered twice which is not unusual).   If I log completely out of my shop on the desktop, that seems to fix it for awhile.

• In the past week, I have had ship dates change themselves - then say I shipped a day late. I make my shop "order slips" by hand -  (not generated) from the emails I receive from Etsy (because this happened in the past - or the orders  list would be out of date order or other shenanigans). They must be doing programming changes again - because my orders list keeps "looking different". I know its not just a format / font change - because those ship by dates changed themselves (time zone issue?? for me???). Hopefully they will get it sorted out. Etsy seems to like to send changes live - then fix them as they dont work in real time (instead of testing it before they activate the change).

Yes, I have had duplicated orders come through 3 times in the last couple of weeks. One order came through three times, the other two came in twice.

These are separate, but identical orders. The customers did not know that multiple orders had been made.

It's concerning because I know Etsy is paying attention to our refund rate.

I had duplicate listings in draft mode. I am watching it closely and just delete the extra one.
