I woke up this morning with 2 orders. While I was happily preparing my products, I suddenly received a permanent suspension (the name of my small shop is CeyTex). I was devastated, my entire source of income suddenly disappeared. I immediately went to the forums and saw that everyone was complaining about these issues. Why are they closing a door where people can only earn money like this? Please let's unite and help each other...

Why was your Etsy shop permanently suspended? That normally only occurs after either repeat violations or serious violations.

When I first opened my store, I put 3-4 products up against etsy policies because I didn't fully understand the policies. I removed those products and never put any more products up against the policies. I don't really know why, I'm worried that the AI ​​automatically closed it by mistake.

What were you selling? Please gives details. Not just something like print on demand tees or paintings. For example, what was printed or what art work? or like AI artwork of  x or y.

Yes, I listed a custom-made TV series hero costume and made 2 sales.

Is the TV series your creation? If not, then you can't sell costumes based on it or using its name. 

Also, a cached version of your shop shows a number of listings that don't belong here.

@CeyTex  If you have a license from the TV series' company to use their name or sell items using their likeness then you can give that information to Etsy which may result to reinstating your shop.

A cached version of your shop from September 10th shows that you were simply reselling items from aliexpress, temu, etc. 

You're probably not going to get your shop back with products that don't align with the creativity standards. Try eBay.

They don't have to tell you why. If you don't follow the rules you can be closed at any time.

@CeyTex    Your shop is not suspended. Etsy closed it, most likely from all the infringements. Better to go elsewhere because I doubt you will ever open here again.

IP Infringement aside, from the cache files it appears you were reselling, IE selling items you yourself neither made nor design, but simply purchased from sites like Temu and Shein and listed for sale here.  Reselling is not allowed here, anything you sell here must be made by you (or at the very least designed by you and made with assistance), or vintage (20years old or more), or craft supplies.
