Re instate product listing

First id like to thank etsy for wasting my entire day trying to figure out what policy i have violated specifically.

My listing are being wrongfully removed for violating etsy's new creativity policy. My products are all hand made by me and this is my primary income source. They have not notified me of the new policy update prior to the delisting. They have not giving me an opportunity to procure the issue. They have not even told me what the issue is.  My listing has been on etsy for several years and have lots of reviews and photo reviews which are now gone. I read others got there listings reinstated somehow, is there a reinstatement process?. There is nothing to appeal in the appeals page. This feels very wrong. I wont list  or relist anymore items because I dont know what the violating variable is  and I am on my last warning.  I would like to talk to a human being.

It could be due to making medical and metaphysical claims.  All 3 listings in your gemstones section, for example, make a lot of claims, as do the 3 in the shungite section.

Statements such as ''...can also absorb negative energy and remove it from a person or space'' and ''...one of the few minerals that has the healing ability to quickly unblock stagnant and negative energy...'' are not allowed.

Another possibility is Orgonite is a trademarked name and you shouldn’t use it unless you have permission or a license.

@OrgoniteAndy After looking at several other listings in your shop, they all have some kind of claim in the descriptions.  If the listing that was removed had a description similar to the ones in the other ''crushed'' items, it's almost certain the reason it was removed is due to all the claims mentioned.  Your other listings could be removed at any time.  Editing out the prohibited claims on all those listings is advisable.

@OrgoniteAndy: "My products are all hand made by me ..." Okay, but the Creativity Standards cover much more than just who designed and who made an item. The 'violation' can be anything from what is on a listing's first image, what mock ups a shop might use, to intellectual property infringements to the old old 'been there forever' rules such as the prohibition on medical claims. Descriptions along with titles, tags, and materials (and possibly even alt tags if you are using them) are all probably being checked. And the bots are also "reading" images. Plus we do not know what combination of possibly multiple factors constitute the trigger that flagged your listing.

"My listing has been on etsy for several years ..." Unfortunately Etsy let a lot of violations slide for a very long time, and now the rules have changed and it is clear that Etsy has stepped up enforcement of the rules.

Granted that the recent purge appears to be full of false positives (but we don't know if that is 0.01% of deactivated listings or 99%).

"I would like to talk to a human being." And you should be able to. It is somewhat understandable that Etsy will not provide the specific reason for a deactivation if they are not legally required to, plus one has to wonder if anyone in support actually has access to the exact specific reason. Based on some of the posts in this forum, they seem to be forced to make inferences just like we sellers have to.

Something like that is meant to block radiation or lessen its effects. So your claim that the item offers 'protection' would either be a medical claim or a metaphysical claim, maybe both depending on how you worded it.
