I was in my "Orders & Shipping" section to purchase labels for shipping and had finished with a couple of labels when all of a sudden all my orders disappeared and it showed "No Orders Here Right Now" and at the top of the screen it said "Oops! A stitch has gone awry. Please try again."
I have several orders that need to ship in two days. Any help is appreciated!
Do you get email confirmations of your orders? It's a good backup for times like this. At least then you've got the order info even if Etsy glitches again!
Hi. Yes, but that is just a copy of the order, and I could not use that to make out shipping through Etsy during the problem. Thankfully, the problem cleared up within a few minutes after I posted about it, and all is well. Thank you for your help.
