Order stuck and saying it is not shipped

Received an order and shipped it the next day.  The tracking number was recorded.  However, the order is still showing as incomplete.  Trying to contact Etsy with no luck.

Why are you trying to contact Etsy?  Shouldn't you be contacting USPS or whoever you shipped by?

@Brazosglassworks  Hi, Did the Order appear in your Payment Account? Did it clear processing? Usually if it doesn't, you get a Banner saying it's being Processed.
