Received an order and shipped it the next day. The tracking number was recorded. However, the order is still showing as incomplete. Trying to contact Etsy with no luck.
@Brazosglassworks Hi, Did the Order appear in your Payment Account? Did it clear processing? Usually if it doesn't, you get a Banner saying it's being Processed.
