Order now showing late dispatch when it didn't previously

Hello, I had an order dated Dec 21 that was marked completed on Dec 22. The star seller section showed correctly as being completed on time. It is now showing as late dispatch. Can tech support confirm this will self correct or what the issue may be? Thank you!!

Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file (previous period for January star) available on your Star Seller page or just the dashboard summary? In the file make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

What was the original scheduled to ship by date as listed on the order at the time you received it? Did you mark it as complete on or before that date?

Does the actual order show as at least "in transit"? Has the package been scanned? If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order.

"Can tech support confirm ..." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

You aren't reaching etsy support here. They changed this to a peer to peer support forum like 4 or 5 years ago so it's just us sellers here trying our best to help each other. Occasionally an admin will pop in but that's usually for major sitewide issues.

If you want to reach etsy support you will need to open a support ticket through the support ticket system.

Just go to shop manager > help > contact us to get started.
