Order not visible

I have linked my woocommerce shop with Etsy.

I just received an order through Etsy, I can see it in the back-end of my woocommerce shop, but this order is nowhere to be found in Etsy itself, so neither is the payment.

How is this possible?

Similar issue, here. Woke up to 2 orders showing on the shop icon, but only one order appears in my actual dashboard. NO orders showing as cancelled. Cannot find the second order. Must be an error?

@YourPersonalOrganize: Cannot speak to woocommerce, but some integrations incorrectly interpret which orders have been placed by a buyer and which orders have actually been processed and accepted by Etsy.

As soon as a buyer places an order, it is assigned a receipt (order) number but that does not mean that the payment has gone through or that some other problem has not occurred.

Payment glitches? The other day, I got an order that looked fine and was in progress but there it was - also in completed orders and marked as canceled/unpaid. The funds were in my account too and I waited 2 days just in case of a reversal - bizarre. Contacted Etsy and they said to go ahead and ship. So, if the funds are in your account - you have a sale! These glitches are ridiculous.
