I'm really confused because a customer ordered an item and she also sent receipt confirmation screenshot by Etsy but Etsy is not showing the order in Seller Dashboard.
Scammers sometimes send fake screenshots of orders to try to get free items. It's not an order until it shows on your dashboard. Don't do anything until you see it there.
