Stars updating

Hi, I have had 4 1/2 Stars for Months and Months.  I don't understand why this doesn't update to 5 stars. I have all great reviews. ITs like it is stuck on 4 1/2 stars only.  Can someone please help me?

I see 5 stars in your shop not 4 1/2.

If you're referring to Star Seller, you're missing the shipping and messaging badges, so that's where you're coming up short. Details are on your SS dashboard.

If you're referring to the overall review stars, I also see 5 stars.

No this is another one of my shops that I am referring to.  It just will not update to 5 stars when it should be 5 stars

OK - I see the links to your two other shops in your About section - The Poshy Kids shop has 4.5 average reviews.

Simply put, you have several less-than 5 star reviews.

* I would try reporting the 1-star from July 4th, since it's gibberish
