Order info incorrect in Star Seller area

My orders include an item that was ordered 4/18 and delivered 4/22, within 5 days, but Etsy is showing the item as STILL late by 5+ days and counting!!

This is not correct! Plus my orders show 3 times that items were shipped late. Nothing has "shipped late" so far. What gives, Etsy?

I was on track for Star Seller this quarter. Your "system" has taken that away from me. How do I get this corrected?

Hello @UrbanFamous,

 

We've double-checked the orders affecting your Star Seller, we can then confirm that 3 of the orders were shipped 1 day after the ship-by date and 1 order was shipped without a tracking number.

 

Please know that for the order to count positively towards your Star Seller, you'l need to mark the order as complete and add a valid tracking number on or before the stated Ship-by date of the order. For more information about this, you may checkout this Help Article.

 

To get a closer breakdown of the orders that were counted as late, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Download’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.

Reach out through Chat and ask Etsy to fix your numbers.  Sometimes they screw up and don't "take".  The reps can push them through manually.

Does it says overdue on the order? Is it still in the NEW tab of yours orders?

You need to mark it as complete.

etsy's metric on star seller, is nothing to do with it being delivered,

you have to mark it as complete, with tracking number, before the dispatch date

if you put the tracking number in after the dispatch date, it will also be marked as late
