This mistake was made by me. I'm new in Etsy. But it has been 1 month since I got the messages blocked. Since 1.5 months I am running Etsy Ads And when the messages got blocked, I was getting messages from customers for 3-4 orders asking for more information about my product But I cannot answer them(Which was the first order of my shop) I have contacted Etsy help center many times in 1 month but no response. If anyone has a solution for this please let me know.

You will have to wait until Etsy decides to give these privileges back to you, there is no time limit and they take spamming customers very seriously as it is illegal in most countries 

When a customer purchased from you, you will be able to send them a message regarding their order via email if your messages are still disabled
