Order does not appear on "orders"

Just received an order (my first) which I can confirm by receiving an email, and by appearing on the dashboard, but when I click on the email or on the order number, just lands on an empty order tab.

What happened?

How can I process an order that does not appear?

Also I was unable to reach any support contact or interface from Etsy...

I have already found what was wrong thank you. I just had to click on an introductory page that's it. It then jumped into the orders backoffice...

Never click on links in emails - they might be scams/phising.

Navigate directly to your Etsy shop manager and then orders page. If it's not showing there then it's possible that the transaction is still processing - it might just be running slow. Check the 'completed' tab to see if it was cancelled by Etsy (this happens if the transaction is found to be fraudulent).

Also check you don't have filters set on the orders page - e.g. If mine is set to only show orders due for dispatch today then it's empty, but I have 3 open orders.

You do appear to have an order showing on You shop home page so hopefully you will see it soon.

Are you using the app or a browser to access your shop manager?

First, make sure you do not sell anything IP infringing. Your sold item has trademarked options. Be sure to provide licenses. Without a license, you cannot sell such items anywhere, on or off Etsy.

I highly recommend you charge more for shipping ... I guarantee it is going to cost a lot more than $3.80 to ship anywhere in the World!!!

However BEFORE you list or sell another IP infringing item, you had better show proof that you have the proper legal licensing from EACH company ... otherwise what you are doing is selling illegal counterfeit items, which is a federal crime to sell & ship such items across any foreign & domestic borders!  More info here, which Etsy requires all sellers to abide by their Intellectual Property Policy @ https://www.etsy.com/legal/ip/?ref=list

Thank you for your message. The shipping is a result of sending a non-registered mail, using the rates that were given by the postal services.

Regarding the IP infringement, do you mean that some of the designs, like the one regarding Minecraft or Super Mario, might incur in infringement? We sourced the STLs from a designer that was Free for Commercial use. What you are saying is that they might be in infringement in spite of that...

@BananaFrog3DPT: And are you sure that the person you obtained the files from had the appropriate permissions to sell someone else a (sub)license to commercially manufacture those trademarked and copyrighted items?

Many who sell the STL files of counterfeit items will tell you anything to get you to purchase their files, including fixational commercial licences.

Unless you purchased the licence directly from Nintendo themselves, assume it is a fake commercial licence
