ACCOUNT IF FROZEZ-CORRECT INFORMATION WAS SENT

My account continues to be frozen after submitting the correct information for my EIN number. It continues to say that the information does not match although it's the same name and EIN number is correct.  Everything matches the IRS.  We are loosing sales.  Please resolve this.  I uploaded proof from the IRS.  Shows my name, business name and EIN number.  Our listings are not visible.  They all say inactive.

@cddarlingdesign: Don't know if this applies in your situation, but the verification checks are run against official databases and there have been reports that there is commonly a delay of 4 - 6 weeks between IRS issuing a new EIN and updating their public facing database.

The "Name of Legal Entity" must include both lines on your SS-4. For example "Store Name LLC FirstName LastName Sole MBR"

Since most of the checks are automated, even simple errors make verification fail, i.e. 'John E Smith' is not the same as 'John E. Smith'.
