Hello, I have issue with my message response rate and review rate since months , they don’t work.
I am sure I response on time all time, and I have received good review in the last 3 months, however NO SCORE SHOW.
I didn’t get the star seller budge with is not far as data didn’t work. On the top of this I have score of 86% instead of 95% in delivery on time , because during Christmas period I dispatch one items delay …it was 98% the score and drop down to 80% and the went up A little with one more order.
what I need to do to have fix my date score ? Thank you in advance
