Order disappeared in Etsy, but still appears in Printful

Hello,

I received an order yesterday. Today I looked on Etsy and noticed that the order completely disappeared from my Etsy app. The order still appears on Printful though.

What would you suggest I do? Should I consider it as cancelled, and try to cancel the Printful order?

If Etsy cancelled the order and refunded the buyer, and you are still able to, do a Cancel in your Printful order page. If Printful will not let you cancel, you may need to get the shipment rerouted to yourself if they'll let you. I personally am unsure what Printful's policies are on orders in production that need a change of shipping address.
If the order is sitting waiting for your approval in Printful, just delete it.

Thank you! I looked on a desktop and saw the order has been cancelled, so I cancelled it on Printful manually.

Good thing I noticed - it seems the phone app does not show cancelled items.
