Did you check your payment account? Has the order been refunded? Did you just refund and not cancel? Does it show “cancelled” on the order page? If you press the cancel button it will automatically refund AND cancel the transaction in one step. It may take a day or so for Etsy to catch up. If you continue to see that your shipping is overdue, you need to contact Etsy directly through chat or through the help page by opening a ticket. On a different note I just want to mention that your items are lovely, but should really be listed as supplies. If I’m looking for unusual beads to make something, I’m NOT looking in handmade. I’m looking in supplies. You may be losing sales as a result.
