Order appeared on Dashboard and then vanished!

Hello,

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this and can't find anything useful... I had an order appear on my Dashboard but it didn't show-up under 'Orders' and I didn't get a notification from the seller app or on email. I refreshed my browser and it vanished.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I've not been contacted by a customer or anything, hopefully it was just a glitch and I'm not missing out on orders!

That usually means Etsy could not successfully process the payment.

Sometimes this happens because you are being protected from a fraudulent order. It's been a while but the same happened to me once.

@YarnsideHandDyedYarn: Have you checked the completed tab on the Orders And Shipping Page to see if Etsy cancelled it?

Worse, I got a message yesterday from Etsy that there was a new order but no orders showing. I also had a friend buy my product to test Etsy and, guess what, no order showed in my manager dashboard. WTF is going on? No way to contact Etsy.
