New Orders Not Showing on the Order Page

First off, I would have emailed etsy directly but I literally cannot find a "contact etsy" button, just a list of questions that do not pertain to my topic . Frustrating. I had a few orders during the night. They show up on the app and also on my dashboard for today as sales. They are not pending, waiting for payment. But they do not show up on my order page. Can anyone look into this? I've been here for 11 years and this is a new one.. hoping it's a temporary glitch but in case it's not I wanted to report it. Thank you.

To add, the orders DO show up on my etsy app on my phone. They just don't show up on my order page using my computer.

@Aidille Wow, that sounds frustrating!  Usually it's the apps that have delays.  Have you tried the usual fixes - sign out of your account, clear cache / cookies, try another browser?

Are you sure you have the filters on laptop checked for "ALL" on your open orders page?

What about your Payment Account - do the recent sales reflect there?

Payments are in the account. On my phone the orders are there but not reflected in the total order number. Bizarre.. only for orders placed today.

Finally found a link to chat with etsy support staff; hopefully they will be able to help.

Ha, okay so I typically have my order list set to "oldest first" and somehow it was switched to "ship by date" and it scrambled all the orders. Etsy support was very helpful for my dumb mistake.

My orders are showing up, but the orders for today didn't come through on email. I found them by opening my dashboard. First time I've had an email glitch.

Orders are not showing up on Etsy.  Not sure what to do. Customers are messaging me but nothing showing up on manager.

Is the order showing up in your account finances as being paid to your account?

@FlyinKnotless Ask them for the order number then check your payment account. Also be careful as messages like this from customers could be a scam (if they ask for your email address it's a scam). If in doubt, refer them to Etsy customer services and have them request a refund so they can order again

As I said in my post, I had a friend order a product and that hasn't showed up either. Not fraud.  Payment account shows nothing.
