Order Receipt Banner

I have tried to upload an Order Receipt Banner for the Shop multiple times without success. I welcome any suggestions and helpful hints.

@ReadyforRecruitment   Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app or via browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess).

Are you following the size and format requirements and upload process in Help Center? It's hard to help without knowing what you're doing and what's happening when you try. (The Order Receipt Banner goes on the Order Receipt, not in your Shop.)

The minimum required size for order receipt banner photos is 760 x 100px. Learn more about uploading an order receipt banner here.

@ReadyforRecruitment   Can you try using a different browser? There have been other issues reported that seem to affect Safari browsers more than other browsers.

Check the image file type. If something other than jpg, convert to jpg and try again.

It is a PNG, but the file uploaded without problem from Google Chrome.

I have the same issue. Using Win11 chrome or Firefox, no luck on both browsers.

Made the file in photoshop and saved for web optimized as a jpg file. Also tryed png.

All it shows is an empty field and it says "no file selected":-)

I can't post the screenshot here, but could it be tha t the file need to have a minimum size?

Mine is optimized to 18k.
