Can't load my pictures when I click them

I uploaded my picture to Etsy, when I click on the picture to get a better view of it the screen just flashes and goes back to the blurry default picture so people are unable to view the quality picture. I've checked other people's listings and most load fine but some don't. Any advice?

@SixFootTurkey: Are you experiencing this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?

The web version is fine, it's the app version that's not working correctly. I'm getting the same problem with a few other people's posts too

It is unlikely that there is anything a shop can do to resolve issue that the app generates. If the pictures look good in a browser then you know they are okay and all we can so is just hope that the app is one day "fixed".

Your photo enlarges fine for me. It could be a device or ISP issue. Is it a huge file?

I've experimented with different size files and aspect ratios. It works fine on the web version. I'm using a Google pixel 7 pro

I'm on a PC. Can't help you with app issues, but there are many of them.
