Hi! After an order cancellation the order still shows in my active orders. How can I remove it?
If you have canceled, it should not show up. You may have only refunded and not canceled.
You have fully refunded then go back in and cancel also, two separate actions.
It is two separate actions if you only refunded. If you cancel, it is a one-step process that takes care of both.
After a cancellation it takes up to 48 hours to disappear
Cancellation immediately moves the order to "completed" .
