I had several rounds of conversation with a customer, her issue and request for help were addressed in less than 24 hours but the subsequent message/responses counted against me. Can this be corrected, why was the conversation counted as more than one response?
It won't be corrected, as there is nothing to correct
every new message thread is highlighted in BLUE and needs to be responded too,
Etsy will not mix any message from "purchase and reviews" with others, as those are very important to deal with, as they are the ones that start the 48 hour clock for the customer to open a case, you really do have to deal with those.
It is all working as intended, so Etsy won't do anything
