On time shipping and tracking info is wrong

My page says I have 2 orders missing tracking, but I ship 100% of my orders with tracking.  Tracking is listed on 100% of my completed orders going back over 6 months.  Ever single item is also marked delivered.  There is no reason it should say I'm missing tracking on any order.

One of my orders is marked as “missing processing time”. My processing time for that particular listing is 3-5 business days. Customer ordered the item on a Saturday, it was shipped by Monday, and has been delivered according to tracking so I’m not understanding how it can be missing processing time. I purchase all shipping through Etsy as well, so that’s not the issue at all either.

All of mine have the processing times and the tracking.  The tracking is specifically what it is dinging me on, when tracking has been on 100% of my orders for years.

@PurpleMoonArmy This happened to me a few weeks ago. I emailed support and they told me it was a known bug but that it wasn't assigned a high priority to fix, so there was no timeline as to when the issue would be addressed. After emailing with them about it back and forth a couple times, my star seller metric did rectify though.

I haven’t been dinged on tracking and all of mine have tracking too. I would definitely send an email to Etsy support though about it.
