Hi Etsy, I was just looking at my star seller info and I noticed that my on time shipping and tracking is on 89%, and I was like, how? I ship everything with a tracking number, always on time, yet it says 10 orders are missing a tracking number since April 1st 2022. So I looked back through all my orders and indeed, there are orders that did not have a tracking number because they were all priced between €4 and €7, and when you click on On-time shipping & tracking and move your mouse over the question mark, it clearly says the following:
Your shipping stat is based on the percent of orders that:
Had tracking, if €10 or more
Included a processing time
Were marked as complete by your expected ship date
Your stat doesn’t include:
Factors outside your control, like carrier delays
Canceled or digital orders
Orders with ship dates outside of the current review period. (It may take up to 24 hours for info to update.)
So these missing orders were below €10, they don't require a tracking number, so what is going on here? I will lose my star seller badge for next month, which is quite unfair don't you think? I follow the star seller rules and yet I still get "punished"? Please fix this issue. I was on 100% and now it suddenly dropped to 89% for no good reason at all and I really don't want to lose the star seller badge I worked so hard for
Please help me.
Edit: I contacted Etsy and they told me to contact you guys here as they believe it is a technical issue.

It even says in the help article to post here, but none of the rest of us (as this forums is for sellers getting help from other sellers) understands why.
We can't do anything and etsy doesn't even respond to the technical issues regarding star seller.
I honestly don't know why they tell anyone to post here.
