On time despatch and tracking

Hi,

 

My shop stats for the tracking is showing incorrect when I added the details it shows on report that non was given.

Please help

@FlyingPrettyBalloons  Hi Christine,  it sounds like you are experiencing the same issue as in this Thread.  According to Admin TonsOfPaper, Tracking which was erroneously Marked Pre-Transit in the recent past, is now fixed.  However, some Sellers are experiencing new Orders being incorrectly Marked Pre-Transit; I don't know if this is the case with yours.

You could contact Etsy (Shop Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact) with the Order No.  Should they respond with a non-helpful, generic copy/paste bot driven answer, Respond directly to that, "I still need help" *(do not start a new ticket; it will push you back further in line).
