On time Shipping Calculation of Star Seller

Despite all my orders shipped on time and had UPS tracking numbers star seller stats indicates I have 80% accuracy. Do you know why does it happen or how to fix it.

Go to your Star Seller on your dashboard and click in the shipping box and then download the report.  There it will tell you which order Etsy deems was sent late or without tracking.  There isn't anything you can do about it after the event though unless it was within the past 3 days then you can manually enter a tracking number.

When manually adding tracking numbers, make sure to double check the number is correct.  Even wait a day to see if the item is in transit.  If not, check the number again as there may be an error in the tracking number.  Make sure the number UPS is giving you is an actual tracking number and not some other number.

Thanx mate!! Tracking number was correct from the beginning. I think it was a technical issue and my rating went back to 100% after a couple of days.
