I am trying to contact support but the link on etsy's help page seems to be broken/ routes back to main help page. Can someone provide me more info or an alternate way to contact support?
here is the link: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015672628?segment=selling
That is where the contact us button on the link i posted takes me, just an endless cycle with no support staff contact info
@DeltasPointEngraving There is no such thing as "support staff contact info". You have to choose a topic, then click "I still need help" at the bottom of the page.
Given your other thread: https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Issues-with-account-suspension/td-p/142131556 sounds like you are just going to have to wait a few weeks like everyone else suspended for ID or tax info, as Etsy is extremely backed up in replying to these issues now.
Go to the link cindylouwho2 gave you. Click on Selling on Etsy.
Pick a different question, it doesn't matter which one. Scroll to the bottom of the answer and click I Still Need Help. Change the subject line to Appeal. Explain your situation.
@cindylouwho2 thanks i have filled this out now and will wait for a reply. Where did you see that it may take a few weeks?
@DeltasPointEngraving "Where did you see that it may take a few weeks?" - experience, and other posts.
I helped 2 different shops appeal suspensions in March. Like you, they were new with few sales. Last I heard, neither had received a response to their appeals. So over a month for each of them.
@cindylouwho2 how wonderful, would It be worth recreating a new shop and making sure I have the info in to start? I would really like to keep things running and build some sales/reviews prior to fall.
@DeltasPointEngraving I would not open a new account just because another is suspended. All of them could end up closed permanently.
Your best bet is to sell on more places than Etsy, as Etsy is very unreliable in this way.
Shop manager > community/help > contact us
Or click on HELP at the top of the forums, scroll down and click "contact Etsy support".
This only leads me to the help pages and the endless loop I have been stuck in with the above link I posted which brings me back to the link cindy posted and round and round.
Do you see buying on etsy and selling on etsy options if you click "contact us" from your shop manager page?
If I click on selling on Etsy option then I get a list of topics. account access, finances, orders, ads, stats and many more.
If you're not seeing this, try a different browser or clear your cookies/cache.
ETA: here's a call back link. It may or may not work.
Note, the people calling you back are outsourced (not etsy employees) and most don't know much about how Etsy works and will refer you to a "team specialist".

Yes here is the order of links
i click selling on etsy > Appeal a suspended account > Learn more about how to reinstate your temporarily suspended account. > scroll down to contact support then the link cycle starts over
On that page don't click that link that you need to learn more.
You need to click the black box that states "File an appeal?"
That learn more is a link to the HELP pages to learn more about filing an appeal, not to contact Etsy.
You are incorrect on that as I cannot file an appeal, the account is NOT permanently suspended and if i click file appeal it tells me there is nothing to appeal. I understand the internet and links and what help pages are. Sorry if i am being blunt my issue isn't navigating the help pages it is that the contact us link is broken and i cannot contact support because of it
If you can't file an appeal, then why are you clicking on that link to appeal a suspended account??
Since you have NO payment options available you need to click finances and billing under "GET HELP and select what you need help with"
There's 7 different options to select under finances.
ETA: you should see 8 topics under GET HELP.
From account, finances, appeal, shipping, ads and more.
I understand what your saying but by going through a section that is NOT RELEVANT to the issue I have then it asks me for information that will only make it unclear what i need help with. I did send a message to support now via this method however the information required to fill out the support ticket has nothing to do with the issue at hand.
PLEASE READ BEFORE ANSWERING: I click that link because it is for temporary suspensions if your not willing to understand and try to provide relevant help please stop trying to tell me I am going the wrong way. "go to the paint shop to fix a flat tire" is not a solution. Thank you for your advice and time I apologize if it was wasted on me.
Since you have no payment options showing in your shop how would clicking "finances" be irrelevant?
You say you're not suspended but in the other thread you started you state this "Payment methods are not showing because the account is temporarily suspended".
ETA I am reading before answering.
Your either suspended or you're not. If you are suspended then you should be able to click the FILE AN APPEAL link.
I did not say I was not suspended. The suspension is TEMPORARY the file an appeal is for PERMANANT and will not allow me to appeal for that reason. Payment is irrelevant because it exists on the account but does not show for YOU or OTHERS because it is under TEMPORARY SUSPENSION so I cannot make any sales until that suspension is lifted. You are trying to tell me NOT to use a page relevant to suspensions when the whole issue is based on a suspension.
Again PLEASE READ before you tell me I'm doing it wrong
If you have the time i would gladly have a chat and share my screen so you can understand what i am trying to say. I'm not trying to be rude I am just frustrated that this is so difficult when I have corrected what Etsy said was wrong and am losing out on potential sales as a result.
You are correct, the link on the Appeal article is broken. So just pick any question, scroll to the bottom and click I Still Need Help. Change the subject line to what you are inquiring about, and tell them your problem. Click Send. It will get to Etsy and whoever receives it will forward it to the right department. If it still won't send it, then all of Help is broken. In that case, all you can do is wait to see if it is fixed tomorrow, or clear your cookies for Etsy and try another browser, or post in Technical Issues that it isn't working, and hope someone from Etsy sees it.
Thank you although I have gotten to what your saying already I very much appreciate you taking the time to understand what I was seeing.
