I did not get an email from Etsy on an order. I remember from the forums that this happened a while back. Not in my spam, trash, archive, or inbox. Sent Etsy and email asking about this. It is in the order section on Etsy and got the cha-ching from the app.
Wondering if anyone else was dealing with this.
Maybe...since I do not get too many orders...I broke Etsy when I got this order.

Update...email back from Etsy saying they meant to send me the order email, not the customer. They sent me the order email.
Several days ago, I selected to receive every type of email that Etsy sends out.
I've received just one single email since I did that, an email that told me I had some listings about to expire.
Still no emails for orders, for deposits, etc.
Same for me. I deleted all the emails that I had selected from Etsy. I deleted all of the email addresses in my Yahoo account. I waited for about a month and then started gradually adding the email addresses back into yahoo. I selected some notifications to be received from Etsy. Still nothing. I don't know why I thought that might work. Anyway, I give up.
The only thing that concerns me is if Etsy needs to contact me and I don't get the email.
It's frustrating, for sure, but I don't think we should give up on trying to get Etsy to fix the problem.
