My email notifications after a sale have coming for several days now. This has never happened to me before in all the years that I've been on Etsy. They are definitely not going to my spam folders, I checked. I get the notifications on my app, thank God. Is anyone else having this problem?
Yes! This happened to me! I happened to log into my account and found an order from OCTOBER 2ND! - 19 days past shipping date! Zero notification thru the app, zero email notification - I checked my junk/spam folder - nothing. Not even ANY reminder emails that I had an overdue order! What a mess! I've been dealing with an ongoing, severe illness in my family and rely on the app and email notifications during these spells where I am tied up with medical appts, tests, etc. I'm going to say - I have suspicions... with a not too distant past "disagreement" with etsy and an agreed upon resolution paired with a more recent seller survey they asked me to participate in with honest feedback on their performance and improvements, I'm going to have to note that in over 10 years I have never failed to get notifications from etsy, then after these two recent events I find it quite coincidental, suspicious and compelling nonetheless. Even if they had a 'glitch' and missed the order notification, there should have been subsequent notifications coming in saying something like, "hey, your order shipment is past due" or something for crying out loud. I did receive several emails during that time letting me know how great my customer service stats were, star seller status, etc. - which is all down the toilet now with this 3 week old order. *sigh* It's really getting harder and harder each day .... every little thing seems to be a struggle in some form or fashion- the energy is stifling.

@UnderTheHoodeI am so sorry you're going through a trying them and then Etsy not helping. I agree with you, that if you give them honest feedback on any surveys, they'll ding your shop so you don't get sales for months! That's happened to me twice before so I don't fill out any of their surveys anymore. It's not a coincidence. I am still getting their own promotional emails everyday btw, where they promote my own items to me! Crazy place this.
It's been happening a lot the last few months. That's why it's wise to check your shop manager a few times a day.

Yes, happened to me twice now. It isn't much of a problem as I get the notification on my phone. But I like the email as I keep it in a folder for my accounting purposes.
This has been happening to me for the better part of a year now, and it's negatively affecting my account since Etsy takes response time to messages and shipping times into consideration for search results and star seller status. If someone sends me a message, I either don't get an email notification, or get one several days later. I've logged in and found multiple orders placed that I NEVER got an email notification for.
If Etsy wants sellers to be more prompt with responding to messages and getting orders shipped out in a timely manner, then they need to fix their email system and notify us as soon as we get a message or order.
I had an order today at 6.30pm (I can see it in my shop manager) but I am yet to receive the notification email from Etsy. Up until now I have always received the emails. I have not changed anything on my account. I have checked the spam/yunk folder of my email app and it's not there either. I even copied the order number and did a search of my inbox but didn't find it.
I too haven't been receiving email notifications of sales from Etsy for about 6 months now. I do receive notifications from the app, but still check my dashboard on my Etsy shop often since I don't want to miss an order. Etsy needs to solve this problem.
