When I download my order history it says an order was not shipped out on time but in actuality it was and it has tracking information included on the order with a date that is in the time frame of the shipping period. Is there a way to get this fixed before Star Sellers awards are handed out for January?
@Isaiah41TenDesigns: How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Often the CSV file is often behind reality. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and the Star Seller stats will auto adjust.

This did end up happening and our CSV file for shipping is now showing as correct! Thanks so much!
It can take a while. I have a bunch of orders that shipped and got scanned on Saturday, and they're still not showing up on today's (Tuesday's) CSV. Some of them have even been delivered already.
Just an update: it took from Saturday until Wednesday for any of those orders to show up on the CSV. (24 hours, ha!)
I am having this same issue. My CSV and % shows that the 3 orders I dropped off at the post office weren’t shipped on time, despite the creation of the tracking info and the post office having scanned the labels on time.
I have 4 shipments currently showing as either not dispatched on time or no tracking. All of them are wrong.
How exactly does Etsy decide on a shipping date and why can't it see the tracking number on a shipment that is clearly there?
@HeatwaveBlacksmith: If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on AfterShip, a third party vendor, for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats auto update.
That being said, we have no control as to whether or not the shipper is recognized by AfterShip or when and how often AfterShip checks the tracking number and updates Etsy.
