Review Disappeared to Meet Star Seller

I had a perfect 5-star for the month until a buyer submitted a 4-star review which dropped me to 4.7. Yesterday I sent out a message to all my buyers from Nov to review their purchases. I received two 5-star ratings on Nov 30th. Then I met the criteria for Star Seller. When I checked my shop this morning the entire review disappeared.

@GVRDesigns: If your Star Seller has updated. remember that the stats you now see are for the January star (October, November and December). The "Last Review Period" shows the stats for the December Star (September, October and November).

We've double-checked your shop, and it appears that you've only received, one 5-star review last November 30, 2022. In total, you've received 2 5-star review and 1 4-star review from September 2022 - November 2022. As a result, the average is only 4.7(rounded from 4.666666). Please know that for Star Seller rating metric, the 5-star rating average should be 4.8 for you to become eligible.

@GVRDesigns "Yesterday I sent out a message to all my buyers from Nov to review their purchases.". THis is not a ery good ides. Buyers already receive annoying reminders from Etsy to leave Reviews. Another message would, most probably, be unwanted. There are two sayings well known to regulars here. "Do not poke the Bear" and "Be careful what you wish for ...."
