Solved: Re: On-Time Shipping Bug?

I noticed my Star Seller On-Time shipping percentage had dropped. Downloaded the CSV and it is showing one order had no tracking/label date and shipped on time said "No."

The completed order page shows the USPS tracking number obtained through Etsy and the item was shipped the day after the order was placed.

@WarewolfCeramics: How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively).
